poor newcomers

i have found that it is particurarly hard for newcomers to make money and people who have been more lucky get pestered by "can i have this?"
or "can i have that?" so please is it possible to take a few items out like maybe super potions out of the general store or rune out of the vendors so there is a need for non combat skills therefore they will be encouraged to get up smiting for rune and heby for super potions and so on!

because : people get 500k when they make an account.
Super pots are 200gp ea.
rune is like 50k ea a piece.

So they have money left for a dragon weap.

500k you can spend from starting isnt making money
but what im saying is if you took away the rune FOR EXAMPLE not specifycally that type of item or the potions but if they were taken out people would want to buy them and if no one is making them the prices would go sky high so it will encourage people to get up skills to make these items such as rune and potions and sell it to buyers for a decent amount of money.

just if u didnt know, rune is mined in lvl 45 wild

that would be even better meaning it would be risky for people to make it, harder to get, price goes up
